Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales/customer service executives
- Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs
- Drive sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
- Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and urgency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and service delivery

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in sales/customer operations leadership
- Experience in BPO, telesales, or service delivery environments preferred
