Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients
- Present products/services clearly and persuasively
- Generate leads and close sales over the phone
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer objections and provide solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in telecalling or telesales is a plus
