Sales Executive plays a key role in driving revenue by engaging potential customers over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into sales

Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Present products/services clearly and persuasively
  • Generate leads and close sales over the phone
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
  • Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle customer objections and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies
Qualifications
  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in telecalling or telesales is a plus
Skills
  • Strong verbal communication in regional and English
  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity
  • Sales acumen and negotiation skills
